The Straw Hat Pirates take a brake on Asuka Island, home to the Seven Stars Sword. Which is known to be the most valuable sword in the world. But always holds a curse within it. After Luffy and Chopper had their meal, they all went back to the Going Merry. Where Zoro was on watch and Usopp doing some repairs. Only they discover from Usopp that Zoro went off without a word. A fleet of Marines spotted the Going Merry and chased them off the port. Our heroes managed to get them off their tail, and docked at a lake where they came across a village. Which is home to the sacred Seven Stars Sword. And villagers have a job in sealing away the curse of the sword. But the village was attack by an army of Marines lead by a trio of swordsmen. Among the three is Zoro, who became a member of this group. The Straw Hat Pirates were confused on why Zoro would abandon them. Zoro has his own reasons for doing this. And it has to do with the leader of the Marines, Saga. A childhood friend of his from his trainee years. Who is cursed with the sword and plots to release it's power on the night of the Red Moon. Will Luffy and the others be able to prevent the spreading of darkness from this curse? And what was the relationship between Saga and Zoro?—J LeGault

It was a quiet night at the harbor of Anabaru. Luffy continuously ordered meals, right when the crew is in need of more money. Nami overhears a conversation between a pirate and the bartender at the bar they're at. About a way in getting more money, the pirate gave him 200 Belli and was lead secretly out of the bar. So Nami talks to the bartender, about their money problem. The bartender knows that they are a group of pirates, but isn't sure if a group of amateurs like them would be eligible on the secret spot. Since Nami insisted on giving the bartender, 200 Belli, he directed them to the back of the bar on where the secret spot is. Soon they find themselves in an underground pirate community where pirates of all kinds are partying, drinking, eating, and socializing. That's when our heroes learn about the "Dead End Race" which is held every few years here in Anabaru. With the grand prize being 300,000,000 Belli, Nami finds that to be more than enough to end the Straw Hat Pirates money trouble. But little do they know is that the whole race is a conspiracy, that's linked to an ex-marine commander pirate named Gasparde who has a 95,000,000 Belli bounty on his head. And not to mention Shuraiya, a bounty hunter with a grudge against Gasparde. And a kid named Anaguma, who is the helper of Biera(the boiler room operator for Gasparde's ship) is trying to find a way to help Biera get better from his poor condition. All these events collide as the "Dead End Race" begins.—J LeGault

Long ago, there was a pirate name Captain Woonan. He was obsess with gold so much, he eventually obtained 1/3 of the world's gold supply. And was nicknamed Great Gold Pirate Woonan because of that. Over the years the gold loving pirate soon co-existed in the world. Rumor has it that Woonan disappeared with his gold on a remote island. And to this day, other pirates are in search of that island. On the "Going Merry", Luffy and Zoro are starved to death. Usopp tries to get a meal by fishing, but no bites at all. While Nami is complaining about the ship's lack of food supply. Then a group of thieve came to steal their treasure supplies. Luffy and Zoro wrecked their getaway boat, which has a kid who was the hostage of the thieves. His name is Tobio and he lives with his grandfather, Gonzo. Gonzo owns a floating Oden stand. And has dedicated his life to making Oden. Luffy and Zoro enjoyed the Oden a lot. But Tobio, who's not at all an expert in Oden, says there's nothing to special about it. He wants to become a pirate like Woonan instead of an Oden seller like his grandfather. When Luffy and Zoro were about to leave, Gonzo told them that it'll cost them for all the Oden they ate. And they so happen to not have any money on them at all. So their stuck with the bill.The thieves(who kidnapped Tobio) worked for a pirate crew lead by a large,ferocious,Aztec Indian like man named El Drago. El Drago is so obsess with gold, that he's determined to find Woonan's loot. And he has in possession, the treasure map which has the coordinates of where Woonan's remote island is. Eventually our friends the "Straw Hat Pirate Crew" get to Woonan's island. Luffy and Zoro are chained together, Tobio wants to find Woonan's treasure, Usopp lies to El Drago's crew that he knows what the treasure is, and Nami is also interested in the treasure as well. Despite all these circumstances, our heroes must prevent El Drago from stealing the gold.—J LeGault
