The Quantum Devil is a fitting title for what we get to watch here, as four exceptional graduates of quantum science are invited by a controversial host, to earn a record pay of $ 500000,- each, for helping him successfully finish an experiment to travel into another dimension. Arrival at the mansion of their host already makes them realize something is odd, may be afoot. Then, their host is called away, leaving the four guests legitimated to start the experiment without him. The call being a ruse, as the host, Cervovich Senior, actually decides to use a different machine, allowing him to supervise the four candidates without them being aware of it. The team successfully creates a quantum drift, but weird coincidences make that seem a flawed success, as some sense of menace remains persistently. Finally, the team realizes that they are in trouble, as one by one they get murdered, until only one candidate still is left alive. Deluded, that he can ignore the diabolical aka homicidal antagonists and just flee back to 'reality', he is blocked from that option by the host proving to have quite some power to alter that quantum pocket dimension they are stuck in. In a final showdown, the host wins by cheating, returning to the real world to supervise similar experiments that did not go that well. As the party unfolds, chaos descends upon the revelers as they unwittingly consume the drug. A terrifying transformation occurs, turning the once lively gathering into a nightmarish scene of zombie-like creatures, plagued by uncontrollable aggression and hunger. Amidst the mayhem, Ricky manages to escape the zombified premises, leaving behind a trail of death and destruction.
In the aftermath of the incident, as the City of Las Vegas, tries to manage the fallout, it becomes apparent that their are larger players involved.
When the Woman is questioned and she has no idea about the newly named "Drug Z", the investigation switches to the neighbor. Which is another dead-end as he is found dead in the desert with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot to the head.
Is this the Zombie Apocalypse, or is there a larger plan at the center of the chaos?

Christmas used to be Chicago-based Addison Dean's favorite time of the year, but that quickly changed in working in Christmas branding activities twelve months out of the year. So instead of going home to the small town of Red Lake Falls to spend Christmas with her Christmas fanatical family in the Christmas fanatical town, she has for the last several years gone to the Maldives for the holidays to escape Christmas. This year, however, her brother Connor Dean convinces her as the only person he tells beforehand to go home to help him celebrate proposing to his girlfriend Sienna on Christmas Eve, the two having met at the town's Christmas Festival on a Christmas Eve when she first moved to town. Addy still intends to head off to the Maldives on the 26th, which will allow her also to spend the big day of her town councilor father Nick Dean's Christmas charity, Operation Christmas Smile, with him, it being Christmas Day itself. Feeling overwhelmed by everything Christmas with her family, Addy wishes for Christmas to just go away. Her wish is not only miraculously granted in no one but her even remembering what Christmas is, but that everything has turned to black and white in rather sad shades of gray. In returning a military service ring her somewhat surly mechanic Hunter Blakeman accidentally left in her car, it which was a Christmas gift from his now deceased grandfather when Hunter joined the service himself, he becomes the first person to remember a happy memory of Christmas in his return to color. He admits that he only recently moved to Red Lake Falls to take over the garage from said grandfather and to hide from the world and Christmas, the ring which provided him as a memory of what Christmas means. As Addy and Hunter start to fall for each other, they believe the key to getting people to change back to bright and happy color is to make them remember the happiness of Christmas in their lives. However, Addy, in helping others remember, may face the biggest challenge in remembering herself in long ago having lost the spirit of Christmas despite her work.—Huggo

Ten years ago, it was dislike at first sight when widowed Jack Chandeller, then a successful pop musician and now guitar repair shop proprietor, and then Ph.D. candidate now college Poetry professor Barrett Woodward met backstage at what was his last concert, that evening when their best friends, Simon and Naomi, respectively Jack's assistant and a fan of Jack's who won a backstage pass, also met, they now engaged. Part of their dislike is their differences in personality, organized Barrett perceiving Jack to be shallow with such deep lyrics to one of his most popular songs being "ooh wee ooh", and spontaneous Jack perceiving Barrett to be a pretentious snob. One subsequent tie Jack and Barrett now have is that Jack's son Teddy is a student of hers. Fearing the worst in knowing the animosity between their best friends, Simon and Naomi are somewhat surprised that Jack and Barrett agree to act as best man and maid of honor at their wedding even in knowing that they will have to work together for the nuptials, the date advanced to one month away due to circumstances which also means concentrated time together. Jack and Barrett are put in a more difficult position when after an impromptu duet at the engagement party, all Simon and Naomi ask for as a wedding present is for them to perform together at the wedding, Jack, for deeply personal reasons, having retired from performing making this request additionally difficult. As Jack and Barrett spend time together, they get to see another side of the other, in the process not only dispelling incorrect perceptions of the other, but start to fall for the other. As they help each other through personal issues, they, to form a truly romantic relationship, not only have to acknowledge their feelings which is made all the more difficult because of their previous dislike, but may have to deal with old wounds that they thought were not ready to heal.—Huggo

In the approach to Christmas, Ashley Durreau and Scott Briggs have both just arrived in Idaho Falls, in some respects the last place they want to be, in addition to each having unexpectedly just broken up with the person with who they were to spend Christmas. A local girl, Ashley is a commercial real estate broker in New York City, and with the exception of spending time with her loving family, her parents who sacrificed much in their own lives to get her on her feet in the big city, Ashley has tried to put Idaho Falls behind her due partly to the sacrifice by her parents. With a recent work setback, she would rather be back in New York City to get her career back on track. Scott has just been traded to play for the local junior hockey team, the Idaho Falls Fighting Trout. The son of who is expected to be inducted into the NHL Hall of Fame this year, Scott has dreams of making it into the NHL himself to measure up to his father, but at age thirty-two, a good decade or more older than all his teammates, his time is running out, especially as he has to be called up to the team in Boise before the NHL is even a possibility. Scott ends up living in the Durreaus' guest house while in town, and while Scott would just like to spend as much time on the ice in his goal of getting out of Idaho Falls as quickly as possible, Coach Jensen stresses to him that to do so, he has to be a good team player which means participating in community activities as part of the team in the hockey mad town, especially important at Christmas. As Ashley and Scott spend time together as they work on those stated goals, they may each come to realizations that those goals may not be what they really want but are solely expectations they have placed on themselves as they start to fall for each other.—Huggo
