A woman dressed as a nun in Halloween is swinging her daughter in a park. Then she starts observing a man who is in the park. Seconds later, visibly upset, she calls someone and says: get my gun and bring my car to the park. Her friend does as told, and then she parks at the other side of the fence in the park, where the man is sitting now. He approaches the fence as she starts to unload the trunk of her car with ropes and stuff. The man asks if she needs help, but she denies it. The man goes anyway outside the park ad starts helping her. At a given point, she goes to the car and takes the gun, forcing the man to enter the trunk. She takes him to an unknown place-she has the baby with her all the time-and then she attaches the rope to a big log. When the man is still in the trunk, she forces him to put the other side of the rope around his feet. Then she starts her car and the man falls to the floor when she advances slowly in the opposite direction. While the man is still in the floor, she points him with the gun. The man starts speaking that he has a wife and a son, to which she answers that "he has a wife and two kids."Chapter one starts with her in her house getting ready for work. When she arrives to work the next day, she is told that she has an apprentice as housekeeper. Then, Amanda-the lead-meets Rebecca and they get along pretty well since the beginning. They usually play pranks on each other. In the first one, Amanda takes off the sing of "Do not disturb". When Rebecca enters the room to clean up, a man goes to the door, and he asks her playfully if she wants to join to him and to another woman. Amanda and Rebecca end laughing in the corridor.In the next prank, it is Rebecca's turn. She adds an extra room for Amanda to clean and then takes the sing of "Do not disturb" as well. When Amanda enters the room, there is a man sitting in the front of the bed-the same man she attached to the log-and she excuses herself. The man says it does not matter because he was about to leave. He gets up from the bed, and he gets out of the room. Unknowingly to Amanda, the man has hid in the bathroom. When Amanda is not watching, he closes the door from inside, forces her to undress and then rape her and leaves her for dead.Chapter two begins when she is in the shower. When she gets out, she is visibly pregnant, and she is looking for work. She still often speaks with Rebecca. Mostly, about giving her baby in adoption. Finally, although she has doubts, she meets with Catherine, a mature woman who had no time for babies or family and that now has decided to make it on her own. Things go well for a while, she is wealthy, a Doctor and very kind to her. For example, once, she goes to a grocery store to buy food. When she is about to pay, the cashier tells her that she knows who Amanda is and that Catherine has an account open for all the spends she needs to make there. At the beginning, she is surprised, but in the end, it does not seem her that bad. The next time she meets with her, Catherine is at her front door waiting for her. She did not tell her her address, and the situation is starting to startle and disturb her a little. Things escalate when Catherine appears again at her front door, with Amanda's mail open in her hands. This time, Amanda says to her that she does not want her as an adopting mother to her child, and she tries to make her understand, in a very impolite way, that she needs to stay "the hell away" from her. Later, she makes a call to Catherine's office, and she learns that she is not even a Doctor.Amanda and Rebecca decide to go to a cabin in the woods that belongs to Rebecca. When they arrive, Rebecca must go to the car to search for more stuff. Amanda sits on a coach and starts eating chips. When it is clear that she has taken long enough to come back. Amanda goes out to look for her and finds her dead, apparently, in the floor. Then Catherine appears in the distance with a knife in her hand. They have a fight and finally Catherine enters the cabin. Amanda shoots her when she shows at the door of the room where she is waiting for her. She goes to the car to leave and starts moving Rebecca that is preventing her from getting the car to the road. At that moment Catherine, not dead yet, gets out of the house and starts following her. She runs away with the car passing over Rebecca's body, but at a given point the car has no more fuel, so she stops and starts running through the woods while Catherine is still following her, now with the gun. Amanda arrives to a sort of shed tool and hides there. Then she starts cutting her own belly. After seconds, she gets outside where Catherine is still waiting, and she tells her that she has killed the baby and that she can kill her if she wants given that she has nothing to lose anymore. She shoots her, but there are no more bullets, so Catherine hits her with the gun, and she falls down. Amanda takes a knife from the floor and stabs her, to finish her she takes a big log and smashes Catherine's head. At that moment, she approaches the shed tool and takes her baby. She practiced herself a Cesarean instead of killing the baby.Chapter three starts at the park, on the same scene with her swinging her baby. Everything is the same-even the apparition of Rebecca-who was apparently dead-until Amanda tells him about the two kids and a wife. At that moment she goes back to the car and leaves the gun, there she takes a rope and puts it around the neck of the man. She attaches the other part to the trunk, and she stars the car. Given the previous situation where she attached the man to the log, it is assumed that he will be decapitated because the rope on his neck, and the other one attached to the log preventing him from being dragged by the car. While the credits appear, she looks at the baby and drive the car away from the scene.

A nuclear armed nation on the brink of destabilization Benazir Bhutto was born into a wealthy family that became the dominant political dynasty in Pakistan. Often referred to as the "Kennedys of Pakistan" the Bhutto dynasty shares a legacy of both tragedy and triumph with its American counterpart. The story of Benazir Bhutto is the story of Pakistan. Her tumultuous life story is intertwined with the equally tumultuous history of her homeland. They both came into being at roughly the same time ; Pakistan in 1947, Benazir in 1953. Pakistan was created during the partition of the Indian subcontinent as a homeland for Muslims at the end of the British Raj. As a result of border disputes it immediately launched into military conflict with its much larger neighbor. Because of this the military rose to power to became the dominant force in Pakistan politics, establishing an endless cycle between civilian and military rule. Benazir was the daughter of the charismatic and visionary politician Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and thus her destiny was determined at birth. Zulfikar Ali Bhutto came from a wealthy feudal family of the ancient Bhutto tribe who owned vast tracts of fertile land in the Sindh province. Zulfikar was sent to study in America and England. While still a law student at Oxford he married Nusrat Isipani, an Iranian beauty. They started a family; Benazir, the first born, Murtaza, the eldest boy, Sanam, the younger sister, and Shanawaz , the youngest boy. When Zulfikar returned to Pakistan he launched his political career as a diplomat and rose to world wide fame with h is fiery oratorical performances at the UN. Zulfikar was progressive in both his political views and the treatment of his children. In a part of the world where girls are often uneducated he defied tradition by treating his children equally, insisting they all receive the finest educations. In 1967 he founded the Pakistan's People's Party and eventually became the first democratically elected president of Pakistan and later Prime Minister. While her father rose to power Benazir attended Harvard University during the most turbulent years of the 60's. She took part in anti-war protests and was exposed to the women's movement. She went on to study at Oxford and lived the carefree life of a princess zipping about London in a yellow sports car. She planned a career as a pampered diplomat until fate intervened. Her father was deposed in a coup when General Zia ul Haq declared Martial law. Zulfikar was tried on trumped up charges of murder and hung. Benazir's two brothers, fled Pakistan to escape Zia's wrath while Benazir chose to stay and fight. Thus began Benazir's life-long mission to avenge her father and continue his quest to restore democracy to Pakistan. Benazir and her mother were imprisoned for several years as General Zia forced his extreme view of Islam on Pakistan. He imposed Sharia law, an oppressive and misogynist legal system that dealt out harsh medieval punishments. Living in Afghanistan and Syria, Murtaza and Shanawaz were labeled as terrorists when they were linked to a plane hijacking. As a result Benazir was thrown into a more severe prison where she lost her health. Both she and her mother were eventually released for medical treatment in England where Benazir plotted her return to Pakistan. At a family reunion in France tragedy struck again. Shanawaz was found poisoned under suspicious circumstances. Determined to bring his body back to the Bhutto ancestral burial grounds Benazir returned to Pa kistan. The populace received her with a mass outpouring of sympathy and respect which convinced her to it was time to challenge General Zia's dictatorship. In 1988 she returned to Pakistan to crowds of millions who looked to her as the heir to Zulfikar Ali Bhutto's, legacy. She knew a single woman could not get elected in a Muslim country so before launching her campaign to unseat Zia, this icon of feminism Ironically agreed to an arranged marriage to Asif Ali Zardari, a notorious Karachi playboy. Soon she was campaigning while pregnant. Her life took another twist when General Zia died in a suspicious plane crash which cleared the way for her election. At 35 years old, with a newborn son, she became the first female prime minister of a Muslim country. Her success was short lived when she was removed from power after only 20 months due to accusations of corruption and incompetence. She fought the charges and was elected to a second term in which she appointed her husband minister of finance. His alleged corruption earned him the nickname Mr. 10%. During Benazir's second term Murtaza Bhutto returned to challenge his sister for the leadership of the PPP. After openly clashing with Zardari, Murtaza was mysteriously killed in a hail of police gunfire outside the Bhutto family. His death contributed to Benazir's downfall and her second term also ended in controversy. Her husband was imprisoned on charges of corruption and murder. With her husband in jail Benazir went into exile in Dubai where she raised her three children while traveling the world giving speeches warning of the threat of radical Islamic terrorism. When 9-11 happened, Pakistan, under the leadership of dictator Pervez Musharraf became the front line in the war on terror. Pakistan was forced to side with the US and thus also became a target of terrorists. With his power challenged Mushariff cracked down on dissent and began a chain reaction that caused Pakistan to become destabilized In 2007, with Pakistan in turmoil, Benazir was called back onto the world stage as Pakistan's best hope for democracy. With her assassination she transcended politics and became a martyr but left a legacy that will be debated for years to come

The film Gabriel reveals the battle between good and evil and the fight for the human soul. During the Cold War, a secret organization known as "Patriot" gathers a team of Soviet superheroes, altering and augmenting the DNA of many selected individuals throughout the former state's territory, in order to defend the motherland from superhuman threats. The team includes representatives of the different nationalities of the Soviet Union. Arseniy, codenamed Arsus , can change into a huge, incredibly strong bear-man. Temirkhan, codenamed Khan, has super-speed and wields a pair of curved swords. Lernik, codenamed Ler, has the ability to control earth and stone. Finally, Xenia has the power of invisibility and can transform her body into water.The program succeeds where a second program called Module-1 fails. This prompts Professor August Kuratov (Stanislav Shirin), creator of Module-1, to flee to the remote wilderness, away from Soviet authorities, to continue working on his experiments. When the military is summoned to arrest him, he bombs the Patriot laboratory, surviving because he was covered with some chemicals. He rebuilds his damaged body making himself into a cyborg. This gives him the power to generate electricity and control machines. He also created an army of clones of himself, and sets out to prove to the world that he is a genius. After the explosion, Arsus, Ler, Khan, and Xenia go into hiding for years.In the present day, several walking robots used in a training exercise turn against their supervising officials and kill them. This leads to the Ministry of Defence holding a meeting and deciding to revive the Patriot organization under the leadership of Major Elena Larina and to locate their missing super agents. She finds Ler spending his time meditating in the Khor Virap Monastery in Armenia; Khan living on the steppes of Kazakhstan; Arsus in a remote cabin on the Putorana Plateau in northern Siberia; and Xenia performing stunts in a circus in Moscow. Their first task is to raid Kuratov's laboratory within an old factory, but they are captured.Kuratov offers the Guardians a chance to join him but they refuse. This angers him and he keeps three of them trapped within a magnetic force field and injures Ler. He later goes to a military facility at Noginsk to take control of the tanks and other vehicles stationed there. Using them, he launches an invasion of Moscow and makes preparations to use the Ostankino Tower and the Federation Tower for his Module-2 Project. He intends to transmit a signal through an old Soviet satellite, which will then be sent to every other satellite orbiting Earth, and use it to seize control of all technology in the world. He uses a force field to protect his beacon-tower and destroy several jet fighters that are sent to stop him. When a collaborator within the Russian military, Major-General Nikolai Dolgov, asks Kuratov for a reward for his help, Kuratov strangles him to death.While Ler recovers, he reflects on the fact that his superhuman abilities prevent him from aging normally. He has stayed the same age while his wife and grandchildren have grown older and died. Afterward, Major Elena frees the other team members from Kuratov's laboratory. She sends Kuratov's former rival to study one of Kuratov's clones. Unfortunately, the real Kuratov releases poison gas to kill him. Arsus and the other Guardians are trained in the Patriots' facility and are given suits and weapons.The Guardians go to Moscow: Xenia and Arsus advance through the streets, Ler defeats several soldiers patrolling an underground car park, and Khan uses an airplane to try to fly above Kuratov's force field. The three Guardians enter a shopping mall, and begin crossing an iron bar linking it to the tower-beacon, but are shot at by more of Kuratov's troops on another pipe. Khan jumps from the airplane swinging on a grapple line to slice the pipe, causing Kuratov's troops to fall.While the other Guardians try to figure out a way to destroy the power source for Kuratov's beacon, Xenia grabs the power source to short circuit it. She is injured but this does temporarily disable the beacon's transmissions causing the force field to collapse. The Guardians battle Kuratov again on the platform at the top of the tower but fail to defeat him. Khan uses his super speed to tie all of the Guardians to a grappling rope and attach it to an airplane to escape. Kuratov interferes with the plane's controls, but Khan cuts the grappling rope and they fall into a river before the plane crashes.As they emerge from the river, they consider going back to Kuratov's beacon to destroy it and kill Kuratov, but Major Elena arrives and commands them not to. She tells them that as superhumans, they can also pool their energy and release it as a blast, but doing so might be fatal. The Guardians touch each other and generate a blast of energy that destroys Kuratov's tower, and the skyscrapers supporting it causing Kuratov to fall to his death. Major Elena says that, while Kuratov boasted that he created the Guardians, they really created themselves.The Guardians recover, rendezvousing with Major Elena on a bridge in the rebuilt Moscow. Although they choose to go back to their normal lives, they also consider continuing their service to the Patriot organization. As they walk away, Elena tells them that "we found other Guardians." In a post-credits scene, Elena is seen attacking a soldier after his truck stops. When she questions the soldier, he tells her that "Ferrum" has sent him as part of an unspecified mission.
